Welcome to CEO CARS. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and chauffeur services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Our Chauffeur Services

CEO CARS provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services including:

  • Corporate travel

  • Private hire

  • Airport transfers

  • Events & VIP journeys

  • Long-distance travel

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Bookings & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made online, via phone, or email.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from CEO CARS.

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details.


3. Pricing & Charges

  • Prices depend on journey distance, duration, vehicle type, and service level.

  • Quotes provided are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise.

  • Extra charges may apply for:

    • Additional stops

    • Parking fees

    • Toll charges

    • Waiting time beyond the included allowance

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment may be required in advance for certain services.

  • CEO CARS accepts approved payment methods (card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested as early as possible:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur full or partial charges

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount


6. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time (as per booking terms).

  • Extra waiting time will be charged per hour/minute based on vehicle type.


7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Be ready at the scheduled pickup time

  • Wear seatbelts at all times

  • Treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully

  • Avoid smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior

Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.



8. Service Refusal Rights

CEO CARS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • Passenger behavior is abusive or unsafe

  • Payment is not completed

  • Vehicle capacity rules are violated

9. Delays & Force Majeure

CEO CARS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Accidents or emergencies

We will always make reasonable efforts to provide timely service.


10. Lost Property

Customers are responsible for personal belongings.
CEO CARS is not liable for lost items but will assist in recovery when possible.


11. Changes to Terms

CEO CARS may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
